Humminbird Quick Tips

One thing that stuck out to me at all the shows this year was the people who had questions on how to navigate towards certain menus or how to do something specific. I can explain exactly how to do that but it is just tough to remember how to navigate through 4 or 5 different menus. So with some consumers I’d just have them pull out their phones and take a video of exactly how to achieve what they wanted.

I’m going to try and do some beneficial videos for Humminbird users that are simple, short, and demonstrate exactly how to achieve certain things. I’m just getting started on that and I’m sure there will be a lot more as the weather becomes tolerable enough to sit in the garage in the evenings and work on this stuff. I might try and do some on the water stuff this year also. But I honestly don’t do anything fancy with settings on the water. I believe everyone is better off learning how to interpret their sonar vs really getting wound up about settings. These things are pretty dang good right out of the box. We’ll see where that goes so stay tuned.
